On 6th January 1997 BNB
launched its operations as a fully fledged Bank
along with its banking software MicroBanker, by
2001 the Bank's portfolio trebled and the basic
customer needs was fast outgrowing the scope of
the MicroBanker.
On 1st January 2003, upgraded its banking software
to Flexcube. This new system has provisions for
ATM's, credit card facilities and Internet Banking
besides providing more accurate and detailed MIS
reports.
BNB's rapid progress towards the goal of integrating
computing and telecommunication technologies into
all phases of its operational and service functions
has made it the premier financial institute in the
