| The RMA is the custodian
and regulator of the Foreign Exchange in Bhutan.
Therefore any purchase of foreign exchange other
than imports of goods and services has to be approved
by the RMA. However Banks are authorised to sell
and transfer FX as per rule prescribed by the RMA
from time to time. |
