Other Domestic Services
are as follows:
1. Safety Deposit Box : For safe keeping
of the personal documents and valuables we provide
locker facilities inside the Bank's Strong Room.
The annual rent ranges between Nu. 300 to Nu. 1,000
depending on the type of the box you intend to use.
2. TT/fund transfer within the country through
the seven offices of BNB at Thimphu, Phuentsholing,
Gelephu, Paro, Monggar, Samdrup Jongkhar and Trashigang.
And through the BOB network.
3. Cheques Clearing: The RMA has established
the Clearing House for clearing of BOB and BNB cheques
in Thimphu and Phuentsholing within a day or two.
4. Collection of cheques and drafts on behalf
of the customers
